1. Services Provided
St. John Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn care and landscape maintenance services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing
- Weed control
- Leaf removal
- Mulch and pine straw installation
- Hedge trimming
- Aeration, overseeding, and fertilization
- Property and yard cleanups
Specific services, pricing, and schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of evaluation.
- Pricing may change if property conditions differ from what was originally disclosed (overgrown lawns, excessive debris, hidden obstacles, etc.).
- Any pricing adjustments will be communicated before work proceeds whenever possible.
3. Scheduling & Access
- Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area on the scheduled service date.
- Gates must be unlocked, and pets must be secured prior to service.
- St. John Lawn Care is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access.
4. Weather & Service Delays
Lawn care services are weather-dependent. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, storms, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
5. Payments
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
- Payment may be due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services until payment is received.
6. Property Conditions & Damage
- Customers agree to mark or disclose any hidden hazards such as sprinkler heads, shallow irrigation lines, decorative edging, wires, or underground utilities.
- St. John Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.
- Normal wear to grass, plants, or landscaping as a result of standard lawn maintenance is not considered damage.
7. Satisfaction & Service Issues
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about completed work, please notify us within 24–48 hours of service completion so we can review and address the issue if appropriate.
8. Cancellations
- One-time services may be canceled with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled service date.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service fees or removal from the schedule.
9. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of St. John Lawn Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
