We handle recurring lawn mowing, fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and weed control, plus hedge trimming, mulch and pine straw installation, leaf removal, and full property cleanups. We are residential-only and work with homeowners across Knoxville. Most customers start with weekly mowing and add seasonal services as the year goes on.
Call us at (865) 591-5939 during the week, or fill in the form on our contact page and we will get back to you. For most lawns under half an acre we can usually give you a number over the phone in a few minutes. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
Yes, fully licensed and insured. Elijah started the business in 2018 doing side work and took it licensed in 2020. If you ever want to see proof of insurance before we start on your property, just ask and we will send it over.
We cover Knoxville and the surrounding area, including Karns, Hardin Valley, West Hills, Rocky Hill, Sequoyah Hills, Holston Hills, Northshore, and Amherst. Our shop is off Cornwall Road in northwest Knoxville. If you are not sure your street is on a route, call and we will confirm.
We are family owned and we show up. Same crew, same day every week, so you are not calling to chase anyone. We sharpen our blades twice a week, which most companies do not, because a dull blade tears grass and browns the tips. Around eight years doing this in Knoxville.
Yes, and the calendar matters here. Spring is cleanups and the first fertilization, summer is mowing and weed pressure, early fall is aeration and overseeding, and late fall is leaf removal. Tennessee lawns need different work in different months, so we adjust the program rather than doing the same thing year round.
Weekly through the growing season for most Knoxville lawns. Fescue puts on real growth in spring and again in fall, and stretching to every other week in those stretches means cutting off too much at once. Growth slows in the July heat and in winter, and we adjust the schedule to match.
Property size, terrain, obstacles like trees and beds, the scope of what you want done, and the labor time involved. A flat quarter acre with an open lawn is quicker than a sloped lot with a lot of trimming around beds and fences. That is why we quote per property instead of publishing one rate.
Recurring customers get better pricing than one off visits, because a set route is more efficient for us than fitting in a single job. The exact number depends on your property and how often you want us out. Call for a quote and we will tell you what recurring service works out to.
Weather is the big one. One rain day pushes the whole route. Growth conditions and route adjustments can shift days slightly too. When it happens, scheduled work is usually done the very next day, and we will communicate so you are never left guessing where we are.
